Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Some products are made to order or may be back ordered from the manufacturer and require additional lead-time for delivery. We will try to notify you of backorders as soon as possible. Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery. Since tire and wheel packages have to ship from the same warehouse, we may be required to transfer parts between warehouses to complete your order. Please allow up to two weeks to receive your tire package.

Some shipping quotes may not be accurate and will be recalculated manually. Most common are orders being shipped to outside the 48 contiguous States, expedited shipping and APO/FPO. We will advise you of any additional shipping charges and ask for your approval prior to shipping. Most tires cannot be shipped to APO boxes.

Some specialty order items may require longer lead-time depending on manufacturer's production schedule and location.

We ship using common carrier, UPS, FEDEX and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States.

We ship from warehouses coast to coast and not all products may be in stock at the closest warehouse. Therefore some of our orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. All shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price. Mounted and balanced tire sets obviously must ship from a single point and product may need to be transferred between warehouses to facilitate this.

Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments that are oversized or overweight and need special handling. In these instances our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery so it is important to include a daytime phone number to reach you. Important note: If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee equal to your shipping charge.

Warranty Policy

United Web Sales, Inc. guarantees the workmanship of the products sold for a period of 30 days from date of receipt. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. Should your product fail after 30 days please contact us and will assist you in submitting for a claim with the manufacture.

Return & Fitment Policy

We gladly accept returns, however we cannot accept tires or wheels that have been mounted.

First, you must contact us and let us know that you intend to return a part(s). Please send an email to Customer Service. . Please give the specific reason for your return and request a (RGA) Return Goods Authorization number. We will issue you an RGA# and give you the details of where to return your package. Since we ship from multiple warehouses it is imperative your order be returned to the proper warehouse to receive a credit.

Second, write in large black letters the RGA number on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of the original invoice. Orders returned without an RGA will be refused and returned to the sender freight collect.

Fitment: We regret that we cannot recommend or confirm the fitment of a particular tire size for your vehicle. Tire fitment is dependent on too many factors including but not limited to the age of the vehicle, the wear and tear on the suspension and all of the various manufacturers of aftermarket suspension. The year, make and model information collected when you check out is to make sure we get you the correct lug pattern for your vehicle, not the tire size.

Note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Parts returned within 30 days from the invoice date are eligible for a refund. Returns after 30 days from the invoice date will only receive store credit. No returns after 90 days from the invoice date. Refunds will be given on parts only, not labor/installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot have been damaged or installed and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee. Certain parts are not returnable: installed items, electrical items and closeouts.

Free Shipping Returns

Customer returns for parts that received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned parts less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.
